“Know the wolves that hunt you
In time, they will be the dogs that bring your slippers
Love them right and you will feel them kiss you when they come to bite”

Why Make Space?

I named my therapy practice Make Space as a prompt to create space - literal and figurative - for your body, your story, and the whole range of human feeling and experience. Take up space in the world. Make space in your heart. Make space for the wolves that feel like they’re hunting you down, and the dogs that come bearing comfort (once we understand them better, they may be one and the same).
